Beyonce and Jay Z have reportedly strting eating only vegan-friendly foods

This week, Jay Z announced that he and wife Beyonce have switched to a completely vegan diet. After being challenged by a vegan friend to eat a totally ‘plant-based breakfast’ every day, the hottest couple on the planet enjoyed it so much they decided to embark on a vegan adventure for 22 days in the run up to Christmas.

Starting his vegan challenge the day before his birthday, the rapper is hoping for ‘spiritual and physical cleanse’ by cutting out all animal products. The power couple were spotted leaving vegan eatery Real Food Daily in West Hollywood on Tuesday flanked by their ‘minders’, showing they are taking their new vegan lifestyle very seriously.
