Beyonce has an incredible set of boobs

With celebs such as Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Brook rocking the perfect hourglass figure, recent years have seen a rise in the number of women choosing to enhance their shape through ‘magic’ clothing, attempting to replicate their icon’s look.

Chicken fillets and gel bras have become wardrobe essentials, shape-wear that sucks in the tummy has become the modern day answer to corsets, and ‘magic knickers’ can give a bigger behind to people aiming to achieve a curvaceous bum that even Kim Kardashian and Jenifer Lopez would envy.

With all of these quick-fixes available, it begs the question ‘Why bother exercising when an instant option is available?’ The answer is simple.

We exercise is a fantastic way to improve the shape of your body, and more specifically, your boobs naturally.

First let me break the myth… exercise DOES NOT make your boobs smaller. It actually has the opposite effect. Exercise, especially weight training, is brilliant for improving the muscle tone, definition and overall shape of your breasts.

For those of you who want to ditch the chicken fillets and burn those padded bras, here are my top 5 ways to boost your bust naturally.

1) ARM RAISES

- Hold a 5 lb. weight in each hand while sitting in a straight-back chair. Allow your arms to hang at your sides with your back straight.

- Lift the weights outward until your arms are aligned with your shoulder line.  

- Hold for the count of five and release, returning to the starting position.

2) PRESS UPS

- Lie face down on the floor and position your hands shoulder width apart, palms flat on the floor.

- Your legs and body should be straight and your head should be in line with the spine.

- Press yourself upwards, fully extending your elbows and supporting the lower body on the toes.

- Lower your body again, but don’t allow it to make contact with the floor.. Don't rush this part.

- Repeat. 

Tip: If you find a full press up too challenging, try keeping your knees on the floor. This will give you extra support and you can increase to the full press up as you get stronger.

3) WEIGHT ASSISTED ARM RAISES

- Lie on your back on a bench. Hold a 5 lb. weight in each hand with your arms outstretched beside you, parallel with your shoulders.

- Slowly lift your weights up above you until your arms meet, keeping them straight.

- Return your arms to starting position and repeat.

4) CHAIR DIPS

- Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair. Place your hands shoulder width apart and your palms flat on the seat

- Raise your body up so that your arms are outstretched and move your feet forward so that they are further away from the chair.

- Maintain a straight posture, head up, chest raised. Your legs should be straight so make sure that your knees are not bending past your toes.

- Slowly lower your body off the edge of the chair. Make sure that your elbows maintain a 90 degree bend and no lower.

- When raising your body to the start position, support your weight with your arms. When extending your arms, keep as straight as possible without locking your elbow.

5) CHEST PRESS

- Sit with your back flat against the back of the chest press.

- To get into the starting position, place your forearms against the arm rests, which are stretched out to your sides.

- Slowly press your arms together in front of your chest.

- Bring them back to the starting position and repeat.

Note: Adjust the weights on the chest press according to your own ability. If you are unsure, ask a gym trainer to help you. 

NOTE: It’s much more effective to perform the correct movement using lighter weights than to over-exert yourself so, unless you are used to using barbells, I recommend sticking to dumbbells as the results will be better. 

These exercises don’t take long but are definitely worth the effort. If you repeat them daily, you should have a firmer, more toned bust in no time.

Remember, there are no rules or regulations that say what is the perfect figure or even if it exists but by increasing your muscle and skin tone, smooth, supple and silky skin will never be far away. How to look good naked - eat your heart out Gok Wan!
