No one likes sleeping next to someone who snores at any time but in the summer allergies and hayfever can make nasal noises even more of a nightmare.

Over 41% of the UK population snore according to a new survey, but it’s not just the snorer who suffers.

If you have a partner who snores when suffering from a blocked nose, holidays and the warm summer months can seem like a chore. Just when you want to relax and unwind, your partner’s hay fever leads to worsened snoring which can keep you awake.

But there is help at hand and there are a number of snoring remedies on the market to help long-suffering loved ones get a decent night's sleep.

Passion for Life Healthcare have recognised that the lives of partners and other family members are affected by snoring, and that they often suffer from sleeplessness, irritation and frustration. It is perhaps no wonder that half of all relationships in the UK suffer as a result of snoring.

As a result they have produced the Snoreeze range of snoring relief products designed to make the reduction of snoring easy.

The range includes a nasal spray, throat spray and te innovative new oral strips which are dissolved in the mouth before sleeping.

A nasal spray works by clearing the nasal passages and lubricating the tissues at the back of the throat, all of which helps to reduce the vibrations that can cause snoring.
