Cher proves that you needn't let age slow you down, even when it comes to your fitness regime.
The singer hasn't let up on her exercise regime at the age of 67 and works out at least five times a week.
The age-defying singer credits her almost daily workouts and healthy living habits with helping her maintain her 50-year career in the showbiz industry.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I exercise about five times a week because it's something I've always done and I just enjoy it. I don't like meat and so most of things that I like are healthy for you, apart from desserts. I don't do drugs and don't drink very often."
Despite trying to cut back on her exercise routine as she gets older, the 'Believe' hitmaker says her personal trainer has pushed her harder than ever in recent years, and as a result she believes she's fitter than most people half her age.
Cher laughed: "I try to play the age card with my trainer but she just doesn't go for it. My farewell tour was one of the longest tours ever, and I think it would be a tour that would kill a 25-year-old girl now. The travelling is the hard part."
The singer previously confessed she had to put in double the effort in the gym than her 20-something counterparts in order to maintain her slender figure.
She said: "You have to work twice as hard. You have to be in the gym all the time, but I like it. When I was young I was a tomboy. I played sports. And I'm learning to surf right now. I like that kind of stuff, thank God."
