Perfect posture takes effort and work, here we have the exercise to help you on your way.
Caron Bolser, Pilates Expert who runs her own one-to-one Pilates Studio, shares her best exercise for getting perfect posture.
Here she share it with us:
1. Start standing in front of a mirror with your toes slightly apart and your heels together. Bend your elbows at perfect right angles keeping the elbows glued to your ribs and the palms facing the ceiling.
2. Think of a string going from the top of your head and pulling you towards the ceiling as your heels are lengthening down through the floor. Take a deep breath inhaling.
3. As you exhale, slowly move your hands away from each other to the sides. Look in the mirror at how this opens your shoulder cuff. Keep the shoulders open as you inhale without loosing your form back to your original position. Repeat 10 times.
