Victoria hasn't been seen since the birth of her daughter, Harper Seven. Well, since David posted a picture of the new mum and baby on his Facebook page.
And yes, we all cooed and aahhed.
New reports are suggesting that Victoria has gone into hiding to get back into shape and lose the 1st 7lb she gained during the pregnancy, in time for her fashion show at New York Fashion Week (8-15 September).
Now, thanks to Grazia we have been told which diet the mum-of-four has adopted to help her return to her slender frame.
The new Five-Hands diet, which sees you eating just five handfuls of food a day.
A source close to the star told the fashion magazine that the former Spice Girl has been snacking on palm-sized portions of high protein foods like smoked salmon, prawns with chilli, scrambled eggs and yellow fin tuna sushi. And of course, she's been avoiding carbs.
The small meals are being supplemented with drinking lots of water and snacking on goji berries and nuts.
Victoria has been warned that she can only partake in gentle exercise at the moment after having a forth caesarean.
Doctors have warned her against vigorous exercise for at least eight weeks, so she has been doing 10 minutes of pilates and gentle post-natal exercises daily instead, it helps that she's doing this with a beautiful view of the beach from the £93,000-a-month rental mansion owned by Stephen Speilberg.
The source added: "In a few weeks' time she'll pick up her normal gym routine again and start training with Tracy Anderson."
Who we all know delivers results, you just have to look at the bodies of Gwyenth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez to see her work.
We wait with breath that is baited for the unveiling of her new Spring/Summer 2012 line, as well as her post-pregnancy figure when she takes her bow at the end.
