Which is your sport skiing or snowboarding, or do you do both?

I am most definitely a skier, I would love to say I can do both but I am not very good on my board.

How did you get into this? Was it mainly to get into shape?

I have been skiing since I was 3 years old, my whole family ski so I was brought up on it. I am very competitive so it made sense that I did my first race when I was 7 and have been racing ever since.

How have you found the sport to change your physical shape?

It has made me a lot bigger but not in a bad way, I have a lot of muscles, especially in my legs. These keep me upright when I am competing so I work hard on them. I like being athletic and having curves.

What effect has it had on your fitness health?

I am strong, especially my legs. Working at altitude (which I am at when at the top of a mountain) has had a great effect on my cardio and I feel good.

If we were to take up the sport how can we expect it to change our body?

It will give you muscles in places you didn't know you had any, especially around the glutes and thighs. It will tone your stomach and increase your cardio.

Do you stick to a strict diet?

I eat a lot, I constantly eat small portions throughout the day to keep my energy up. I take in a lot of carbs like pasta and eat plenty of protein,  also as much fruit and veg as I can take!

What diet tips do you have?

Eat regularly, always eat breakfast and minimize the sugary fizzy drinks. I like to drink hot water with a slice of lemon to start the day and limit my caffeine intake. My absolutely favourite snack is gluten free oat cakes with hummus.
