How It Works
Users define the workout by setting goals and nutritional preferences during the profile set-up and there is a choice of 50 different goals and more than 80 exercises available creating a massive 900 different workouts.
Goals are different for men and women and range from dropping a dress size through to lowering cholesterol, or toning up for the ski season.
The exercise plan is complemented by a selection of recipes that have been created by the professional nutrition experts of You Are What You EatTM.
In the profile set-up, users are asked to select their nutritional preferences to define the perfect nutritional plan that suits their taste. NewU Fitness First Personal Trainer comes with 138 recipes, which creates 20 weeks of different food.
I will be testing this over the next few weeks
