Michelle Heaton is proud of herself for betting her pre-baby body back and why shouldn't she be?! She looks amazing.
Prior to the birth of her daughter Faith in January this year, Michelle Heaton tipped the scales at 11 stone,5lb but has, after months of hard work, determination and the use of her ‘diet secret’ Cho-Yung Tea has reached her target weight of 8 stone 5lb.
Having previously been criticised in the press for being both too big and too skinny Michelle notes that the contestant criticism takes its toll.
“Being part of a celebrity lifestyle when you’re getting criticised all the time is tough, it really is, you are either too fat or you are too skinny and if you are in-between they don’t want to know, so you’re not written about, it’s devil’s advocate," she explains.
"When I was big, when I had just had Faith I got criticised and when I was big a few years ago when I left my first husband I was criticised and then when I lost weight, and it was in a really good way, naturally and by eating right I got criticised, you really can’t win”.
Michelle believes in losing weight the safe and sensible way having developed heart problems from her use of diet pills whilst in Liberty X.
“I come from a heart problem background, so I don’t take any other stimulants, I can’t, it would affect me in a really bad way.”
Instead, Michelle now relies on a recipe of a healthy diet, exercise regime and 2 cups of Cho-Yung tea as part of the Cho-Yung Challenge. The Cho-Yung Challenge is an 8 week weight-loss programme which focuses on healthy eating and moderate exercise combined with 2 cups of Cho-Yung a day.
Michelle is an avid fan: "I got my pre pregnancy body back with the help of the Cho-Yung Challenge, my slimming secret is Cho-Yung tea”.
