Katie Price not only works hard in her business ventures, she works hard to stay in shape.
It's hard to believe that the model has had three children when her body is in such great shape.
Personal trainer, Sol Gilbert (ztfamilyfitness.com) revealed to Celebs on Sunday, his secrets for keeping Katie fighting fit.
Katies loves wearing short skirts, so I've really focused on leg definition. I've devised a routine for her called the Leg Crank; that's 24 squats, 24 lunges, 24 jumping lunges and 12 jumping squats. She'll do that three or four times as part of a circuit.
She's really competitive with herself so I've got her using MyZone, which is a high-tech heart monitor that shows her how hard she's working. She's really pushing herself more, and her lean muscle has gone up.
I've got her on a high-protein diet of 1,7000 calories a day. That could be porridge with a scoop of protein powder for breakfast, jerk chicken salad with flaxseed for lunch and tuna with green beans for dinner. For snacks she'll have chopped apple and five almonds. And she always has 3 litres of water a day.
I'm giving her lots of supplements too: a fat burner with green tea and caffeine before workouts then a protein shake afterwards. plus multi-vitamins, fish oils and antioxidants.
I've not had to make any adjustments to Katie's workouts because of her breasts. She just has to wear a really good sports bra.
