Irina Shayk is the face of Intimissimi's The Perfect Bra initiative, and she looks stunning doing it. But the model claims that looking that good isn't due to dieting.
Whilst promoting the bra in London yesterday, she told Vogue, that she shuns traditional and fad diets.
She said: "I drink lots of water, but I don't do diets. People have this opinion of models that they don't eat - they'd soon stop thinking that if they saw me in a restaurant.
"I eat ice cream and cake, but it's a question of balance. If I eat something like that, I feel much better afterwards if I spend a few hours in the gym."
Is it worth it then? That one piece of cake for a few hours in the gym?
She also admitted, like most models do: "I have good genes, which helps.
"But you have to be tough. I'm not a lazy person and I push myself. I go to the gym three or four times a week when I'm not travelling."
