High Cholesterol is affecting a high number of adults in the UK and surprisingly 30 per cetn don't realise that unhealthy eating with a diet high in saturated fat can increase the risk of it.

The personalised Cholesterol Countdown Meal Planner ensures the right amount of plant stanols are in the diet every day to achieve optimal cholesterol lowering. Plant stanols are the unique cholesterol lowering ingredient found in Benecol® foods, which as part of a healthy diet are proven to lower cholesterol more effectively than healthy eating alone. When the Cholesterol Countdown Meal Planner is used for three weeks cholesterol can be lowered by up to 10 per cent.
