Lea Michele, Nina Dobrev, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Winslet are just a small selection of the stars that made their way down the red carpet on Sunday evening for the Emmy Awards - TV's version of the Oscars.
Some of the stars were a sight to behold, the dresses, the shoes, the jewellery. They had gone all out to make sure that they made the top of the best dressed polls.
But of course we can't forget about the beauty regimes. It's not uncommon for celebrities to include various beauty treatments in preparation of the big day, to ensure they are looking picture perfect.
After looking at the pictures, Lisa Littlehales, lead nurse counsellor at The Harley Medical Group she suspects a new trend, rather than last year's 'pillow face', stars have opted for the 'Secret Baby Brow' - a baby smooth forehead, with not a furrowed brow in sight.
Lisa comments on the celebrities who seem to have gone for this new look and explains how they've achieved it:
"Most of the female attendees, such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Osbourne and Cat Deeley, all have a very smooth brow, with no visible deep lines or wrinkles, giving them a young-looking, fresh-face appearance. Botox injections administered into the area of the brow that would naturally furrow, will paralyse the muscle and prevent deep lines and wrinkles from forming in this area, leaving you with a smooth looking brow.
"While their brows are baby smooth, many of these celebrities still have fine lines around their eyes, suggesting that they are only having Botox on their foreheads and not the area around their eyes - patients will usually have both.
"By doing this, these women are avoiding the slightly more obvious look of Botox - the fine lines around their eyes allow them to look as if they have not had treatment, but slightly raised, smooth brow allows them a more youthful appearance that they have achieved for the Emmy red carpet. Having the treatment in this way, is the perfect way to keep a Botox secret."
