Gwyneth Paltrow looking stunning wearing white

Gwyneth Paltrow recently admitted that she would consider a boob job after having two kids and breastfeeding both. So we got the expert opinion to see wha they had to say about it.

The actress told German OK! magazine: "Before I didn't care about it

"And I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of vanity.

"But a breast correction after breastfeeding - why not?"

Lisa Littlehales, lead nurse counsellor at The Harley Medical Group, says: "Gwyneth Palrtow is a great example of the ideal breast surgery patient; she appears to be fit, takes regular exercise, is reported to eat healthily, confirms she doesn't drink to excess or smoke, so is in excellent health.

"A surgeon would need to consult with her to ensure she is fit and right for sugery but at a glance and looking at picutres of Gwyneth, I would suggest a good breast size would be a C to D cup, together with an uplift to give her a restored fuller looking chest which sits comfortably with her frame."

Paltrow is known for her sometimes gruelling exercise regime, working with fitness star Tracy Anderson who has also toned the bodies of Jennifer Lopez, Courtney Cox and Kristin Davis.

She used to use yoga to tone up, but found that it made her waist disappear, so now chooses to follow pilates instead.

Lisa continues: "We see many new mothers approach us, who feel self-conscious with their bodies post-pregnancy. Many, especially women who have breast fed their children, notice a change in the shape of their breasts which can be left saggy and much reduced in size, which can be distressing for some women. Most patients who come to us, say they aren't looking for huge breasts, but for breasts they had before they were pregnant. Often it's to lift them, re-store them to their original size, or re-create the orginal shape of the breast.

"In her considerations of cosmetic sugery, Gwyneth is demonstrating an independent decision about her own real feelings about her body rather than anyone else's. By being so open, she is allowing the average women to feel confident in their own decisions to have cosmetic surger, in order to inspire confidence in themselves."
