Jennifer Lopez is the envy of woman all over the world - I mean, the hair, the body, the face, who wouldn't want to look like her?
Celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson also admits that she's a fan.
"She is one of my favourites. She's incredibly talented. She is a woman who is very empowering and knows what she wants, but isn't afraid to say 'I'm a woman's woman'," she says.
Tracy has worked with everyone from Gwyenth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston to help them get their lean, toned figures and now she's here to help you.
Jennifer has recently been made the first ever Venus global ambassador, inspiring women everywhere to feel and look great by making the most of those little opportunities to look after themselves.
Personal trainer, Tracy shares her top tips to help you keep in shape. She first worked with Jennifer after the birth of her twins, Max and Emme.
Tracy says: "Jennifer knows what it feels like to be in what she calls 'fighting shape'. And after twins, it doesn't just come back unless you're a genetic freak of nature."
She advises that the best way to tone up is to give 50 per cent of your workout time to your muscular structure and the other 50 to aerobic activity - but you must pay attention to both.
Tracy explains the best way to get gorgeous legs like Jennifer: "Don't over-exercise large muscles. The large muscles in the legs are massive, and they want to become even more massive. Don't do the same repetitive movements over and over and don't use heavy resistance."
Her new routine, Metamorphosis, is all about women being able to identify what their problem areas are and helps them to target those areas and it gives them the custom prescription that can actually transform them.
Tracy urges us to 'Start now!' if you're not ready for the bikini, she says: "You need to start now and actually make fitness a part of your lifestyle adn then you actually enjoy it and keep it. Don't feel like you have to be perfect, even if you can't get perfect this summer, next summer you can."
