Diet food of the week is our new feature, where we look at a particular food or drink you can still treat yourself too whilst trying to lose weight.
This week's choice isn't so much of a treat, unless you're a huge fan of tea, but it will help you to lose some extra weight.
Michelle Heaton baby weight loss is down to Cho Yung tea, and she's now fronting campaigns for the drink. Watch the video below to find out more.
Drinking just two cups of the 100 per cent natural tea each day can help to aid weight loss by as much as 50 per cent more. Drink them whilst following a healthy eating plan and taking part in exercise and watch the weight fall off.
Cho-Yung tea isn't just about enjoying the health benefits associated with a drink packed with anti-oxidants and other beneficial compounds. It is also about knowing the blend you are drinking is of the highest quality, and the tea leaves were harvested at the optimum time, using the most time-honoured traditions.
Several of the specially selected herbal ingredients in Cho-Yung tea are there to facilitate what scientists refer to as 'fat oxidation' - burning the body's fat reserves as fuel. Cho-Yung tea helps your body to get rid of the fat rather than store it, while reducing your body's ability to absorb fat from your food at the same time.
Not only all of this, but it doesn't have a strong taste and can be enjoyed at any point during the day.
A lot of the time that we think we're hungry we're actually just thirsty - so drinking this tea will not only combat the 'hunger' feelings but also aid weight loss too.
