Diet food of the week is our new feature, where we look at a particular food or drink you can still treat yourself too whilst trying to lose weight. 

This week's choice isn't so much of a treat, unless you're a huge fan of tea, but it will help you to lose some extra weight.

Drinking just two cups of the 100 per cent natural tea each day can help to aid weight loss by as much as 50 per cent more. Drink them whilst following a healthy eating plan and taking part in exercise and watch the weight fall off. 

Cho-Yung tea isn't just about enjoying the health benefits associated with a drink packed with anti-oxidants and other beneficial compounds.
