Caroline Flack most definitely got a lot of criticism when she dated One Direction's Harry Styles but not once has her body come under scrutiny from the cynics.

I'm working with Caroline to get her ready for The Xtra Factor. She was in great shape to begin with, but just wanted to get that bit leaner and more sculpted.
We do a lot of circuit work to tone her whole body. We'll start with push-ups for upper body, then sit ups for her core, and squats for her legs. Then we'll finish with a whole-body cardio exercise like squat thrusts to keep her heart rate up.
We finish every session with boxing moves. Try a boxercise class - it's a fat burner and amazing for the core.
We're focusing on lots of green veg and protein, and if Caroline's eating carbs it's the good stuff: sweet potato, brown rice and oats. She's cutting down on alcohol too.
On-set catering is so unhealthy - they always bring the biscuits out to tempt Caroline. So I've told her to put healthy snacks in her bag, like a fat-free yoghurt or a ready-to-drink protein shake like BSN Lean Dessert.
Caroline works out with me 4-5 times a week and she's going to add in yoga too. She works hard and it pays off, she's a lot tighter around the tummy and her legs are looking their best ever.
