Pink Aerobics, created by Britain’s leading online sports bra retailer LessBounce, will return to Hyde Park to raise vital funds for the Pink Ribbon Foundation to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Open to both women and men of all ages and fitness levels, the only requirement is that everyone wears pink.
Rachael Wooldridge, 42 from New Maldon, who took part last year says: “Pink Aerobics was such a fun day out! I had an amazing time with my friends and above all we were helping a great cause! It doesn’t matter how fit you are, just come ready to have fun and show off your best dance moves.”
This year’s dance flavours include Zumba with Lindsay Jay, up-tempo beats in Booiaka with Jo Cooper, dance floor classics in Girls Just Wanna Have Fun with Jo Parry and the Kardy Party with internationally renowned exercise presenter, Kardy Laguda to round up the day.
Selaine Saxby, director of LessBounce, says: “In my search to target real women for LessBounce, I decided to set up my own charity event; I came up with the idea of Pink Aerobics in the park in aid of breast cancer – a cause close to my heart. The atmosphere is always electric and unlike any running race you can stop for a break and your friends will be exactly where you left them!”
This fun-packed three hour danceathon is sure to get your pulse racing, so round up your friends and make your way to Hyde Park to enjoy the iconic views, burn some calories and raise funds for the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
