Alex Gerrard is a mum-of-three with an amazing figure, we find out her fitness tips for staying trim.
The WAG to Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard is often spotted in her bikini holidaying all over the world, for most of the year, and we wouldn't mind looking like that in a two-piece too.
In a recent interview with OK! Extra the 29-year-old revealed her fitness tips:
"I kept up with my fitness routine throughout the pregnancy. I took it carefully and didn't overdo it, but I really think that's what has helped me get back into shape quite quickly."
But it's not just exercise that keeps the blonde beauty so trim, "I generally have quite a healthy eating plan. I like to eat everything in moderation. My typical breakfast would be a cup of tea and some cereal like Special K with a sliced banana, or porridge and berries. For lunch, I love a tuna Nicoise salad, and I usually add lots of chillies to it. For dinner, I usually have grilled chicked breast with vegetables."
Whilst she usually eats generally healthy, Alex admits that she doesn't deny herself anything.
"But if I fancy a biscuit I will have just one or two, not the whole packet, I'll also only have a small bar of chocolate - preferably Galaxy. My top tip is to keep a yoghurt drink in the fridge, so that if you need to snack it's on something healthy."
