The Family Wellbeing Index, powered by Actimel and NatCen Social Research, launched on the 27-September 2012. This is a new and exciting online service which gives families smart, simple, positive tips to help boost their family wellbeing.
It’s really simple, just go to www.familywellbeingindex.co.uk, answer some quick questions and voila. You’ll be given a bespoke family type and a personalised set of tips to help boost your family wellbeing.
To promote the importance of wellbeing for the whole family, Female First is delighted to bring to you the ‘Actimel Family wellbeing’ online forum, going live on the 15-October 2012. For one week, you will have the chance to post questions and discuss ideas linked to two important categories of family wellbeing – PLAY AND CONNECT.
With half term for most schools fast approaching, Actimel wants to offer a helping hand to mums who want some inspiration about how to keep the kids busy and entertained.
Our experts:
PLAY: Leigh-Anne Stradeski, CEO of The National Children’s Museum and an expert in play and learning, can offer advice on the activities that are fun, stimulating and most importantly playful for the family.
CONNECT: Dr Pat Spungin, Child Psychologist and Family Life Specialist, can provide guidance on how to forge better connections with your family and those important to you.
Post your questions for the experts below in the comments box and we'll have them answered for you soon.
