- Junior Ferrari Driving Experience (£59)

Wouldn't you love to drive around a race circuit in a beautiful Ferrari? Well, your dreams are about to come true! The Ferrari 360 is a gorgeous sports car, capable of reaching speeds of more than 170mph, with a paddle shift on the steering wheel to change gear (perfect for beginner drivers).

You'll start off with a safety briefing by an ARDS (Association of Racing Drivers School) qualified instructor, who'll take you for a ride around the circuit, explaining all of the twists and turns of the track.

Next it's your turn to strap in to the driver's seat and drive the fabulous Ferrari 360 around the circuit for ten minutes. You'll also take home a certificate so you can show off this amazing driving experience to your friends.

- Suzuki Powerboat (£74)

The skilful Suzuki Hypercat can reach speeds of up to 125mph, and is ranked as one of the world's fastest manufactured powerboats. Amazingly navigable, this is one boat that boasts elegance, poise and love for the open sea.

Start with an introduction and safety briefing. Ride with expert powerboat racers and experience the full throttle of the Suzuki Hypercat, as the experts show you just what the boat can do.

They will teach you the skills needed to control this boat at speeds of up to 60mph. Take your chance to hit the open water running and enjoy the thrill of high performance powerboating.

- Chocolate Workshop For 2 (£110)

When it comes to chocolate, some rules are made to be broken. Step inside the kitchens, smell the chocolate and the adventure starts.

Be briefed on the process which takes the chocolate bean on its journey into the chocolate bar you love. Next you can get involved and play with molten chocolate by cooling it down to the perfect consistency.

You can then make fresh truffles from raw ingredients and cut, dip and decorate. Don't be afraid to team chilli and other exotic ingredients with this fine organic chocolate, there is no right or wrong!

Additionally choose to make either a limited edition Green and Blacks organic chocolate bar or giant buttons and take home all your creations at the end with recipes too.

- Indoor Skydiving (£50)

Wind tunnels have been used for years to test the aerodynamics of cars. Then some bright spark came up with the idea of flipping one upright and jumping into the airflow - and body flying was born.

The wind tunnel is a 120mph wall of air, easily strong enough to support your weight, so that you can experience freefall without the need to jump out of a plane. You'll start off with a safety briefing from your instructor before being kitted out with your specialist flight suit.

Then step into the wind tunnel with your instructor, where you'll be lifted into the air for two incredible 60 second sessions of body flying. As a comparison, during a skydive from 10,000 feet, you would experience around 30 seconds of freefall.

If you're lucky, your instructor will jump on the flow and show you some astonishing freefall acrobatics. Your flying session will end with a debrief, and you'll also get a DVD of your flight to take home.
