The sealions are getting all mushy at Chessington this Valentines as guests can book in for a very special romantic meet n’greet with a Californian sealion and a keeper – they might even leave with a kiss (from the sealion, that is!)
For just £15 guests can go behind the scenes for a unique opportunity to join Harley, Ocean and the gang for a private session with one of the keepers. The encounter will include an introduction to different behaviours, including kissing, blowing kisses, waving and clapping. There will also be a chance to learn more about these fascinating creatures and the reason why they are trained.
Romantics will be totally catered for this Valentines as Chessington Zoo opens its doors for a special Springtime in the Zoo event between 10 –25 February. Couples can take a walk around the park to enjoy the newest and cutest additions to the Chessington family, including lovable lambs, playful piglets and cuddly calves.
Three mischievous tiger cubs and four newborn baby Capybaras will also bring on the aah-factor for the perfect romantic rendezvous.
