Sony Music is delighted to announce the release of ‘Keep Calm and Stay Cosy’, the ultimate collection of tracks to warm up to this winter, out 12 November.
The album follows the phenomenal success of ‘Keep Calm and Relax’, a soothing selection of contemporary chill out tunes which sold over 200,000 copies in the UK.
Keep Calm and Stay Cosy is the perfect stocking filler this Christmas. The three-disc collection features songs from a sensational line-up of artists from the crème del la crème of British pop including Florence + The Machine, One Direction, Emeli Sandè and Olly Murs to international pop sensations such as Maroon 5, P!nk, Fun. and Michael Bublè.
The album is also interspersed with songs from music icons including Aretha Franklin, Eva Cassidy and Bob Dylan.
The box set boasts over 50 tracks and is the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea and warm fire. ‘Keep Calm and Stay Cosy’ is the second release from a stunning series of box sets inspired by the now infamous 1939 war-time poster ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ designed to raise the morale of the British public in the event of invasion. The ‘Keep Calm’ image has since become an iconic British trend, inspiring ranges of clothing, mugs, doormats, baby clothes, books, other merchandise and parodies.
