'WWE 2K17' players will get the chance to be a "Paul Heyman guy" in the all-new MyCareer mode.

The wrestling game is going to offer the most in-depth WWE experience of all-time with a host of new features for gamers to enjoy when they make their own Superstar who they can guide to the World Heavyweight Championship.
The popular mode will have multiple features including the chance to be managed by ECW legend Heyman - who is responsible for guiding the career of Brock Lesnar on WWE programming.
A description of the feature reads: "As you rise through the ranks of WWE, the legendary Paul Heyman will take notice and attempt to take you under his wing. He'll offer long term challenges like holding a title for an in-game year with the promise of a big payout. Impress him enough and he may bestow one of WWE's biggest honours - becoming a Paul Heyman guy. Accept and you'll have The Beast Brock Lesnar on your side along with Heyman's incomparable crooked ringside manager skills. Refuse and Heyman will release The Beast on your ass!"
Other features include Jumping Ahead To The Main Roster, Deeper Rivalries, Hold Multiple Titles and earn Virtual Currency From Merchandise.
Perhaps most exciting is the new Promo Engine which allows players to engineer their own feuds.
A description of the feature reads: "Anyone who's watched even 10 minutes of WWE programming knows that talking and charisma are just as important as in-ring skills. With the debut of the Promo Engine in WWE 2K17, players will be able to experience this vital aspect of sports entertainment in a whole new way. Promos can be slotted into various segments of the show so you can decide the best time to talk about how great you are or call out a rival. Once your promo begins, you'll have several talking points to choose from and a limited time to decide. As you make choices throughout your promo, a performance meter will show how effective your words are with the audience. Whether it's rapturous cheers or thunderous boos, the more extreme the reaction you incite the better, boosting your face or heel rating, popularity, and bank account."
'WWE 2K17' features the biggest ever roster with Superstars including Chris Jericho, Booker T, Brian Pillman, Brie Bella, Diego, Erick Rowan, Fernando, Heath Slater, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Jim Neidhart, Konnor, Larry Zbyszko, Nikki Bella, R-Truth, The Ultimate Warrior and WCW legend Goldberg.
'WWE 2K17' will be published by 2K Sports and will be available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on 11 October 2016.
