Microsoft has confirmed that pre-order details about the Xbox One X will arrive this weekend.
The US technology giant is set to launch an enhanced version of its Xbox One games console in November and ahead of its much-anticipated release, Microsoft plans to tease gamers with details about its new product.
The official Xbox account wrote: "#XboxOneX pre-order info is coming!
"Tune in August 20 at 9 PM CEST / 12 PM PT for details (sic)"
The launch of the new console has previously been teased by Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox at Microsoft.
Asked when the console will be available for pre-order, Phil previously wrote on Twitter: "Our plan is set for this. All approvals are done so now just landing the announce with all the info, won't be too much longer."
Meanwhile, Microsoft has previously announced that all games for the highly-anticipated console will download 4K assets for all Xbox One users, irrespective of the TV they are using.
The Xbox One X console launch has been scheduled for November 7 and is widely expected to be one of the biggest events in the tech industry in 2017.
