Released later this month, LEGO Dimensions will combine a variety of worlds including those from DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings, The LEGO Movie, LEGO Ninjago, Back to the Future, The Wizard of Oz, Scooby-Doo!, LEGO Chima, Doctor Who, Jurassic World, Ghostbusters, The Simpsons, Portal and Midway Arcade, challenging players to let their imaginations go wild.
Not only will the worlds be combined, but gamers can put together different characters and re-buildable physical vehicles and gadgets from those worlds in whichever way they choose.
The LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack comes with the videogame, bricks to build the LEGO Gateway, three LEGO minifigures (Gandalf, Batman and Wyldstyle), plus the LEGO Batmobile and the new LEGO Toy Pad.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment also revealed that a new LEGO Dimensions YouTube series would launch, with the first being released today (the trailer above) and weekly from this point.
LEGO Dimensions launches on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 and the Wii U on September 29.
