Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have released a new trailer, showing the new characters - Red Hood, Starfire and Sub-Zero - who will make an appearance in the downloadable content part of the game when it is released.
Players will come face to face with these fights from the DC and Mortal Kombat Universes when they purchase the 'Injustice 2 Deluxe Edition' or 'Injustice Ultimate Edition'.
For PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users, 'Injustice 2' will be available from May 19 with the three characters available for download after the game launches.
And the 'Injustice 2 Deluxe Edition' will also include three playable characters and a Premiere Skin, which can transform Supergirl into Power Girl, giving the character a new look, voice and dialogue. Also available with the deluxe edition is a new Gear Shader that lets players customise the look of their roster with the Gods Shader Pack. The 'Injustice 2 Deluxe Edition' is now available to pre-order for £69.99 and the physical edition also includes an exclusive Supergirl steelbook, only available at GAME.
And for the 'Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition', there will be a total of nine playable characters as well as three Premiere Skins that transform certain fighters into different characters with new looks, voices and dialogue. For the Ultimate Edition, there are two exclusive new Gear Shaders and the edition can be pre-ordered now for £89.99, with the physical edition including a Batman steelbook.
