Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 - out November 6 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and PC
The gaming beast is back with its latest addition to the Black Ops franchise, taking place in a dystopian world where several countries have developed extremely high-tech air defense, rendering air assaults useless and the world of war a more dangerous place than ever before. Supersoldiers have been created to fight, and gamers can embed themselves right amongst the madness. Beta gave some good first impressions, and we imagine the new game will only build upon that.
Fallout 4 - out November 10 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC
As the fifth major installment in the Fallout series, the game is set in a post-apocalyptic Boston with the protagonist emerging from an underground bunker otherwise known as a Vault. Gameplay's said to be similar to that of Fallout 3, and gamers will be able to play in either first or third person view depending on their own personal preferences. With over 110,000 lines of dialogue, it's going to be a meaty adventure for anybody brave enough to tackle it.
Rise of the Tomb Raider - out November 13 on Xbox One and Xbox 360
Players can once more step into the shoes of Lara Croft in an exciting new adventure which combines action, fighting and adventure with puzzle-solving, a new crafting system and much more. The environment in-game this time round will include a weather system which human and animal characters will be forced to react to, and a day-night cycle. Taking place after the events of 2013 game Tomb Raider, Lara is on a mission to prove she isn't insane, searching Siberia for answers.
Star Wars Battlefront - out November 17 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC
Getting our hands on the Star Wars Battlefront beta this past October just wasn't enough - the game is shaping up to be one of the most exciting releases not just this November but this year. Ahead of the new movie's release, fans will be able to delve right back into the world they've grown up watching on the big screen in preparation for episode seven.
Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival - out November 20 on Wii U
Similar to the Mario Party series, Amiibo Festival is a virtual board game which encourages the player to use Nintendo's Amiibo figurines to insert characters into the game. Each have personal characteristics and a house associated with the character, as designed in Happy Home Designer.
