The release of 'Batman: Return to Arkham' has been indefinitely postponed.

Batman: Return to Arkham
The HD remaster of Batman: Arkham Asylum' and 'Batman: Arkham City', packaged as 'Batman: Return to Arkham', were due to be released on July 29 but Warner Bros has announced via its online forums that it will not go ahead and no new date has been set.
WB said: "After reviewing the progress of the project, the team at WB Games has decided to delay the release of 'Batman: Return to Arkham' to give the team at Virtuous Games additional time to deliver a polished 'Batman Arkham' game experience.
"We do not have a release date yet and will be sure to communicate that once we are sure the game will be ready."
The popular video games are being remastered using the Unreal Engine 4, giving players the opportunity to play improved versions of the first two 'Batman' titles in the Arkham series.
'Batman: Arkham Asylum' was originally developed by Rocksteady Studios and is considered to have pushed the envelope for action games.
It features some of the most notorious characters in Gotham City, including The Joker, Harley Quinn, Bane, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy and Scarecrow, all of whom have taken over the asylum.
Meanwhile, 'Batman: Arkham City' builds upon the foundation of 'Batman: Arkham Asylum', allowing gamers to pass through the expansive Arkham City.
The overarching ambition of this game is to give fans the chance to experience what it feels like to be The Dark Knight while bringing the villains of Arkham City to justice.
Gamers will be given access to all additional downloadable content.
Warner Bros. previously said: "'Batman: Return to Arkham' will feature improved graphics, as well as superior models and environments."
Further improvements have also been made to the game's lighting, effects and shaders, meaning fans of the franchise should enjoy an improved gaming experience once it is finally released.
