No Suhoor meal is complete without dates! Try this middle eastern snack that combines the natural sweetness of dates with the cool tang of natural yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Onken natural yogurt
- 30 Medjool dates
- 10g shelled pistachios
Method:
- Cut the date through the middle to remove the pip, without cutting all the way through
- Where the pip used to be, add 1 tsp of Onken natural yogurt
- Crush the pistachios in a pestle and mortar or in blitz coarsely in a food processor. Sprinkle on each date to serve
