No Suhoor meal is complete without dates! Try this middle eastern snack that combines the natural sweetness of dates with the cool tang of natural yogurt.

Yoghurt Stuffed Dates

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Onken natural yogurt
  • 30 Medjool dates
  • 10g shelled pistachios

Method:

  1. Cut the date through the middle to remove the pip, without cutting all the way through
  2. Where the pip used to be, add 1 tsp of Onken natural yogurt
  3. Crush the pistachios in a pestle and mortar or in blitz coarsely in a food processor. Sprinkle on each date to serve
