Hello everyone,

I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend, I had my best friend's baby shower which was amazing and next week I will be sharing where we sourced some of the gluten free and dairy free treats from for the big day. It is always exciting when one of your closest friends has a baby so much to look forward too and I can't wait to meet their little bundle of joy!

Aduna kindly sent me these Cacoa bars and I always get really excited when I see that something is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, raw and vegan!

I am always looking for different bars that I can either have for breakfast which suits my on the go busy lifestyle or bars that I can enjoy post gym to give me back that energy boost. These bars I was not disappointed, the cacao is rich yet sweet and mixed with the walnuts and zingy hibiscus it penetrates the most wonderful flavours on your palate.

I teamed my Aduna cacao energy bars with my morning almond milk latte which was a perfect match for me. It gave me heaps of energy for the day which is always really important for me within my work life. The Aduna Cacao Raw Energy Bar is here! A healthy, cold-pressed fruit & nut bar that is totally delicious and perfect for chocoholics!

Each energy-boosting snack bar contains 1 full teaspoon of cacao powder & 1 full teaspoon of crunchy cacao nibs, blended with mineral-rich walnuts and tangy hibiscus. The Aduna Cacao Raw energy bar is a natural source of fibre, contributing to digestive health and helping you feel fuller for longer.

Keeping with the chocolate theme this week I am sharing with you these delicious chocolate caramel slices which are nit only gluten free but also vegan!

Restaurant Hangout of the Week

Jeremy's is a lovely restaurant out in Haywards Heath which serves British cuisine, which has a gorgeous outside terrace and Victorian wall garden. The outdoor terrace is heated with lamps which make it really pleasant to sit outside and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. The restaurant is also very busy so I highly recommend booking if you wish to dine here.

We pre-warned them of my dietary requirements and they were great from the word go, they informed me that the chef Jeremy cooks everything from scratch so they will just cook my food to order dependent on what I wanted. The thing I was really impressed with when my food came was that they had made a huge effort to include sauces and so my food didn't feel like it was missing the main ingredients which I often struggle with.

I started with the rabbit which was delicious, I can't give the flavours enough credit without you actually trying it as well, for the main course I had sea bream with lobster and black beans which was just delicious and the flavours are so intense and rich that the dishes will really fill you up. They also have gluten free bread which they will serve throughout the evening with olive oil and balsamic. We went with some close friends of ours and they had this wonderful 'Happy Engagement' pudding plate made up for us which was so sweet.

I finished my dinner off with the most amazing tea, it was rhubarb and vanilla and was so delicious, you must try this if you go to Jeremy's. A great way to finish off the meal as well if you don't fancy a pudding but would like something a little sweet to end the night with.

Until next time.
