Take a Walk with Mead Celtic Punch
15 ml Haig Club
30 ml Johnnie Walker Black Label
15ml Mead (1:1 honey and water)
10ml Raisin Syrup
50 ml Earl Grey Tea
25ml Lemon Juice
Dash of Cynar
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Serve in a glass garnished with lemon slice and blue dianthus flower

Don Julio Los Altos Margarita
50ml Don Julio Blanco
25ml Agave Syrup
20ml Freshly Squeezed Lime
Topped up with soda water and garnished with sprig of mint and lime wedge
Shake first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and then strain into highball/tall glass before topping up with soda. TIP: you can twist this long version of a margarita by using 25ml of triple sec or Grand Marnier and topping up with tonic instead of soda water.

35ml CÎROC Pineapple
15ml Chambord
50ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Vanilla Syrup
Ice Cubes
Shake all ingredients and strain into glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a Pineapple leaf
