CASA BACARDÍ kicked off at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park this weekend, giving festival-goers unlimited access to a whole line-up of bonus acts and artists. CASA BACARDÍ will be back next weekend with a whole new line up at BST, before touring around the rest of Europe.
To coincide with British Summer Time, CASA BACARDÍ have created two specific festival cocktails that will be served at CASA BACARDÍ as well as the delicious Original BACARDÍ Mojito.
Hyde Park Punch
Ingredients
- 25ml Carta Blanca
- 10ml Carta Negra
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 20ml pink grapefruit juice
- 5ml chipotle syrup
- 5ml Orgeat
- 2 dashes of bitters
Method
- Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Pour everything into a long glass.
- Top with crushed ice and garnish with your pineapple slice and pineapple leaf.
British Summer Time Swizzle
Ingredients
- 35ml Carta Blanca
- 10ml Falernum
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Gomme
- 10ml Raspberry Puree
- Mint
Method
- Shake all ingredients together into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake all together.
- Pour everything into a long glass.
- Add the crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and pineapple leaf.
The original Bacardi Mojito
Ingredients
- 50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 25ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- Syrup
Method
- Add Carta Blanca, lime juice and sugar then stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the mint leaves and crushed ice and churn.
- Spritz all with soda.
- Top up with more ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
