Ingredients:
Asian garlic hot sauce (adjust to taste)
13 tablespoons honey BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
All seasoning (amount is your choice)
80ml Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc
Chopped onion, red pepper, and pineapple
- Mix all ingredients together and combine with chicken or pork.
- Leave to marinate overnight.
