Nick Willoughby, one of the founders of Street Food Union says " When it comes to our street market, o ur favourite things in life are… food, London, and Fridays. We love how Twitter enables us to speak to lots of people, whether they are local to our London market stall or not. The interactions with our followers is really useful for us to learn from and how we can continue to engage with them in exciting ways to promote the different stalls."
