Steamed Cod

This sweet and versatile fish is a perfect choice for a quick and tasty meal.

Serves 2

Ingredients

200g fillet of fresh cod
40g of Lurpak® Clarified Butter
20g tarragon, finely chopped
20g chervil, finely chopped (or, replace with dill)
20g sorrell, finely chopped (or, replace with dill)
2g rock/sea salt

Method

Melt the clarified butter in a small pan and add all the herbs with the salt. Turn off the heat and leave to infuse for a few minutes

Steam the cod fillet for four minutes in a steamer on a piece of buttered wax paper.

Once cooked, immediately glaze the cod with the herb butter and serve
