Spicy Lamb Breakfast Flatbread

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 50g merguez sausage
  • 50g Onken natural yogurt
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 2 flatbreads
  • Handful of olive, pitted
  • 1 tomato, sliced thinly
  • ½ medium red onion, sliced finely

Method:

  1. Chop up the merguez sausage in to chunks and fry on a medium heat until they start to crisp
  2. While the sausage is cooking, warm up a flat bread in a warm oven for 5 minutes
  3. Serve the sausage in a warp in the warm flatbread, with a sprinkling of feta cheese, 4-5 olives, sliced tomato and red onion and a generous spoonful of Onken natural yogurt
