Take inspiration from the Middle East for an alternative to a traditional English breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 50g merguez sausage
- 50g Onken natural yogurt
- 30g feta cheese
- 2 flatbreads
- Handful of olive, pitted
- 1 tomato, sliced thinly
- ½ medium red onion, sliced finely
Method:
- Chop up the merguez sausage in to chunks and fry on a medium heat until they start to crisp
- While the sausage is cooking, warm up a flat bread in a warm oven for 5 minutes
- Serve the sausage in a warp in the warm flatbread, with a sprinkling of feta cheese, 4-5 olives, sliced tomato and red onion and a generous spoonful of Onken natural yogurt
