Give your pancakes an adult edge this year
On Tuesday February 21, celebrate Pancake Day.
Why not give your pancakes an adult twist with Barefoot Wine.
Ingredients:
1 box 'Add Water' Pancake mix
1 bottle of Barefoot Moscato
Strawberries
Icing Sugar
Method:
1. Substitute Barefoot Moscato for water in ratio to pancake mix, and cook to instructions.
2. Slice strawberries and soak in 1 cup of Moscato. Drain before use. No need for syrup, as pancakes are deliciously sweet from the wine.
3. Top fresh pancakes with icing sugar and strawberries.
