The Love Bug combines the fruity flavours of melon in the Midori, peach schnapps and apple juice to create a delicious and unique alternative to champagne on the most romantic day of the year.
Love Bug
Glass: Martini glass
30ml Midori
30ml Peach schnapps
Top with apple juice
Method:
Pour ingredients over ice into a glass, and gently stir.
Garnish with a slice of red apple.
