Banana splits are the perfect treat for when it’s hot weather. The cooling ice cream and the fruity raspberries combined with the creamy banana taste incredible!

Raspberry Banana Split
Serves: 2
Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
125g raspberries
2tbsp icing sugar
25ml orange juice
2 bananas
A little lemon juice
Kelly's raspberry ice cream
Method:
Whizz together 50g raspberries along with the sugar and orange juice to make a coulis. Sieve it if you wish or just leave it as it is!
Peel the bananas and then very carefully slice them in half lengthways. Rub with a little lemon juice just to stop them going brown.
Scoop lots of ice cream in to 2 banana split dishes. Edge with the banana then drizzle with coulis. Scatter with the remaining whole raspberries.
