Just one of Heinz's recipes to celebrate their salad cream's 100th anniversary.

Serves: 4 (as a side salad)

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500g baby new potatoes
  • 3 rashers back bacon, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tbsp Heinz Salad Cream
  • 1 tbsp Heinz Light Mayonnaise

Method:

- Boil the new potatoes for 15 minutes until tender. Cool under running cold water and drain well
- Meanwhile fry the bacon in the oil for 5 minutes until crispy
- Mix together the potatoes and bacon with the remaining ingredients, season well and serve
