Plant-based lifestyle brand ZENB is bringing its ethos of mindful eating to life, with The ZENB Project; a fortnight long pop-up in central London showcasing a sumptuous range of plant-based pasta lunches and a series of intimate supper clubs.
Opening its doors on 25th November, The ZENB Project will showcase how we can harness the goodness of nature to enjoy more mindful, less wasteful food choices, as part of its #WholisticHealth approach.
The pop-up has been co-curated with innovative chef, author and entrepreneur Lauren Lovatt. Lauren will be hosting the hands-on supper club experience on 26th and 27th November, where guests will participate in a fun cooking workshop and enjoy a delicious three-course meal.
The workshop will showcase innovative techniques on utilising the whole vegetables - from seed to stalk - whereby guests will make their own ‘whole vegetable’ starter. The workshop will be followed by a deliciously decadent three course meal, designed by Lauren. The meal served will be soy free, gluten free and vegan.
During the day, The ZENB Project will give guests the opportunity to sample the brand’s award-winning pasta through mouth-watering plant-based dishes. Those who sign up to the ZENB mailing list on the door will also be able to pull up a seat in the project’s tranquil setting and be treated to a free tasty lunch.
For those who want to take the taste of ZENB away with them, the product will also be available to purchase with exclusive discounts.
At a time when making the most of our food and less of our waste has never been so critical, The ZENB Project will allow foodies to enjoy delicious meals while learning how we can harness the goodness of nature to enjoy more mindful food choices.
Head down to enjoy a fabulous lunchtime treat free of charge between 11:30am - 5:30pm or purchase tickets for the supper club and workshop via eventbrite for £20pp, with all proceeds donated to charity FareShare.
