It’s the time of year when we bin all the chocolate and crisps and try to eat more fruit and veg in the quest for a bikini body in time for summer.
Healthy snacking can be made a lot easier when it’s more fun and these fruit kebabs are the perfect solution!
Here’s everything you’ll need to make the perfect fruit kebab for you!
Fruit Kebabs with Honey and Mint Yoghurt
Ingredients
½ Honeydew or cantaloupe melon
1 punnet strawberries
200g natural yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
A handful of fresh mint
1/3 tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger
Method:
1. Thread pieces of melon and strawberries onto mini bamboo skewers
2. Mix yoghurt with mint and Gourmet Garden Ginger
3. Serve yoghurt either on plate or drizzled over the kebabs
Tip:
You can change this recipe to suit any taste by adding different fruits!
