A recent survey that has looked into what the British public think of the food they buy, has found that 70% of respondents find buying locally-sourced produce "very" or "quite important". On average, those polled said they'd be willing to pay 21% more for locally-sourced produce.
When it comes to reducing plastic usage, men are twice as likely as women to admit to doing nothing to reduce it.
