Slingsby Rhubarb Rocker
You will need: 35ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin, 50ml cranberry juice, 5ml bourbon, mint leaves and 5 cranberries.
Method: Fill glass with crushed ice and add ingredients, stir vigorously. Garnish with a mint spring and dusting of icing sugar.
Spiced Apple Negroni
You will need: 30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin, 15ml calvados, 10ml Campari, 25ml sweet red vermouth and 25ml spiced apple juice.
Method: Build in a rocks glass over ice, stir down with a cinnamon stick.
Gin-ger Bread Martini
You will need: 50ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin, 20ml kings ginger and 20ml lime juice.
Method: Shake and fine strain in to a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with icing rim and crushed ginger bread.
Slingsby Sour
You will need: 25ml Slingsby London Dry Gin, 12.5ml amaretto, egg white and 20ml lemon juice.
Method: Reverse dry shake into a chilled coupe, garnished with toasted almonds.
Spiced Slingsby
You will need: 30ml Slingsby London Dry Gin, 50ml orange juice, 20ml lemon juice and 12.5ml cherry heering.
Method: Churn with crushed ice, cap and garnish with cinnamon, cloves, orange and a maraschino cherry.
