Ingredients:
- Leftover cooked chicken / turkey
- Onions
- Garlic
- Curry paste
- Passata
- Chicken/turkey stock
- To serve:
- Yoghurt
- Mint
- Mango Chutney
- Baked potato
Method:
- Using large shallow pan fry off onions and garlic.
- Add cooked chicken / turkey
- Add jarred curry paste + passatta + stock. Simmer & Serve
- Serve with halved baked jacket potatoes, yogurt + mint & mango chutney.
