Ingredients:

  • Leftover cooked chicken / turkey
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Curry paste
  • Passata
  • Chicken/turkey stock
  • To serve:
  • Yoghurt
  • Mint
  • Mango Chutney
  • Baked potato

Method:

  1. Using large shallow pan fry off onions and garlic.
  2. Add cooked chicken / turkey
  3. Add jarred curry paste + passatta + stock. Simmer & Serve
  4. Serve with halved baked jacket potatoes, yogurt + mint & mango chutney.
