Strawberry Month
To celebrate National Strawberry Month and experts' predictions of a glut strawberry harvest, Tequila Rose has created some fun dessert and cocktail recipes to help you savour these delicious red fruits.
The world's best-selling strawberry cream liqueur, Tequila Rose has a kick of authentic Mexican tequila. It's perfect teamed with fresh strawberries, in summer cocktails and as a dessert ingredient.
Enjoy these recipes, which are easy to create at home.
Tequila Rose Strawberry Dessert
Ingredients (For 2 People): 25g digestive biscuits, 2 tbsp golden syrup, 100g set Greek yogurt, 7g pectin, 25g strawberry jam, 50ml Tequila Rose, lime to garnish
Method: Crush digestives with a rolling pin. Spoon into two ramekins and press down firmly. Gently warm the syrup and spoon a thin layer over the biscuits, this creates a barrier for the liquid layer. Heat the pectin in 10mls of boiling water and add to a combination of the Tequila Rose and Greek yogurt. Blend together until the smooth in texture and add to the ramekins. Allow to set in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Gently warm the jam, lightly spoon over the set yogurt mix, allow to cool in the fridge for 10 mins and garnish with a twist of lime zest. Serve when required.
Extra Tip: This dessert is delicious frozen too!

Tequila Rose Strawberry Crush
Ingredients (single serve): 50ml Tequila Rose, Several muddled strawberries, 2 tsp strawberry jam
Method: Shake all ingredients together, strain and serve over ice with some fresh British strawberries.
