Ingredients:
1 scoop of multi-purpose protein
3 egg whites with one yolk
1/2 cup oatmeal (optional)
10 blueberries
Splenda to taste
Method:
1. Mix egg whites, protein, and oatmeal together.
2. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook on med low heat.
3. Add 5 blueberries and Splenda to each pancake as they cook.
