Third in the series is this delicious mascarpone mushroom and garlic pate recipe, great for parties as it can be served with almost anything.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 20g unsalted butter
- 150g sliced chestnut mushrooms
- 3 large cloves chopped garlic
- Splash of brandy
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Splash of Worcestershire sauce
- 150g mascarpone
- Small handful of chopped curly parsley
You'll also need two ramekins to serve the pate in.
