Spicy Prawn Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

·        225g (8oz) cooked peeled prawns

·        1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) tomato purée

·        5 x 15ml spoon (5 tablespoons) mayonnaise

·        1 x 15ml spoon (1 tablespoon) chilli sauce

·        dash Worcestershire sauce

·        dash lime juice

·        1 x 5ml spoon (1 teaspoon) finely chopped chilli

·        half a lettuce, shredded

·        lime wedges, for garnish

Serves 4

METHOD

1.      Mix together the prawns, tomato purée, mayonnaise, chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and chilli.

2.      Line individual dishes with the shredded lettuce and spoon over the prawn sauce.

Garnish with lime and serve with bread as a starter.
